In diesen F\u00e4llen wird eine komplette anatomische Schulter-Prothese implantiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei dieser Prothesenart stehen und zementfreie und zementierte Prothesen zur Verf\u00fcgung. Wann immer m\u00f6glich, verwende ich die zementfreien Varianten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Ersatz der Gelenkpfanne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>An der Gelenkpfanne wird die arthrotisch ver\u00e4nderte Gelenkfl\u00e4che Oberarmkopf<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Der k\u00fcnstliche Oberarmkopf kann hierbei ohne oder mit einem Schaft verankert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Schaftfreie Verankerung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ohne Schaft wir der Kopf mittels eines sich im Oberarmkopf verankernden Widerlagers (der sogenannten Corolla) verankert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Verfahren kommt v.a. f\u00fcr j\u00fcngere Menschen mit noch stabiler reichenden und sich dort abst\u00fctzenden Prothesenanteil, an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Prothesen verwenden wir heute als modulare Prothesen, es steht uns ein ganzer Baukasten an Prothesenteilen f\u00fcr eine optimale Versorgung zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neben der individuellen Versorgung je nach Gegebenheiten bieten diese Prothesen den Vorteil, dass im Bedarfsfall nur einzelne Teile der
